Hello and welcome to Byers Elementary!

My name is Machaela Eymann, and I am in my second year as the Elementary School principal and my 25th year with the Byers School District.

As a mother of four, I understand the importance of nurturing young minds and believe that every child has the potential to learn and succeed. I am dedicated to creating an environment where every student feels seen, heard, valued, and accepted. Growing up in Byers and my deep love for this community fuel my commitment to building strong connections with students, families, and staff.

My goal is that, together—parents, students, and Byers staff—we use our actions, words, and expressions to grow both academically and as individuals this year.
