Hi families! I absolutely love teaching at Byers Elementary! Go Bulldogs! I received my Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2011 and became a stay at home mom to my three amazing kids. In 2019 I became a paraprofessional and realized that I had finally figured out what I wanted to do when I grew up, haha! So, I went back to school and became a licensed teacher in elementary education as well as special education k-12. 5th grade has been amazing to teach, I love the in depth conversations we are able to have at this age, as students start becoming the “big kids” of elementary.

I married my high school sweetheart in 2008 and have 3 wonderful kids, Taylor, Drake and Brayden who all attend school here. We moved out to Byers in 2017 and started a little farm. I quickly became the crazy pig lady! My classroom is slowly filling up with pig décor as well! My favorite things to do are spend time with my family, hangout with my animals, and be outdoors!
